Zatza"l plaque uprooted in Crown Heights

The long disputed Zatza"l plaque that is place in front of 770 in Crown Heights on the spot where the Rebbe put the Even HaPinah was totally uprooted yesterday. After daily fights over the plaque, by the Meshichisten and anti-Meshichisten, whether it should say Zatza"l or not, and the daily obliterations of the word Zatza"l from the plaque, security cameras and a security guard had been posted at the site. For the first time since the guard has been on duty over the plaque, he had left his post in middle of the night for a few hours. When he returned all the security cameras had been smashed and the infamous Zatza"l plaque was entirely uprooted.

Comments:
I'm surprised that no one uprooted his grave yet.

IT WAS THE REBBE WHO DID IT

sick people, very sick people

disgusting is what all this mishigas is.

"Yechi HaShalom!"

One would think a Beis Din could solve this rather than a secular court.

Oh, of course. They would have to take an actual postion on something.

mOST MATRRIED NORMAN PEOPLE DONT DAVEN THERE ITS MOSTLY THE YOUNG WAKOS SO IF kRINSKY CAN TAKE CONTROL WITHT HE COURT SYSTEM OVER 770 AND CLEAN UP THE PLACE IT WILL HELP IMMENSLY

Even some of the people who are officially non-Meshichist, and who write zt'l after the Rebbe's name, still speak about him as if he is alive, write letters to him and so on. There'a a rabbi of the Chabad shul in Hollywood, FL, near where I live, who is like that. He writes zt'l in his newsletter, but in his speeches he says you can talk to the Rebbe and he can answer you and help you. It's not an either/or thing. There's a whole spectrum of belief, from "he isn't"--to "maybe he is"--to "he might come back"--to "he's still here"--to "he never died, he's just invisible." With all kinds of gradations and permutations.

It is remarkable to see this thing happening all over again. We saw this exact same phenomena happen nearly 2000 years ago with a man who just like this Rebbe vehnemately opposed the Notzri (gnostic mystic) sects and preached the Noahide laws to Gentiles. That man too was hated with a passion by the "white facists" of his day i.e. the Romans, and when he finally died the exact same schizm began between the Halakhic Talmidim of this man led by Simeon Caiaphas (regarded as a Tzadik by R. Judah Ha-Hassid) were known as the followers of the branch continued in the work of their predecessor. Sadly the super-mystic (blasphemous) sect won -becomming indistinguishable from the very Notzrim the dead teacher had opposed. while the legitimate followers faded into insignificance, or probably as a result of a ban by the orthodox community had to disassociate themselves with the crazy movement and the good teacher who they had appropriated. What I am saying is that if things do not get real and pretty fast the meshichisten will simply become the new Notzrim just as the christians became the new Notzrim 2000 years ago (throughout all this time the old notzrim still continue to exist, now simply called Gnostics). And the saddest thing in all this is that yet another devout and holy man a spiritual master among Hassidim, a Tzadik will be cast into a pit to be forgotten. And he too will be referred to by the curse Y.S.W. and will be called a Notzri. Surely no-one wants this to happen again do we?

In Response:
I would imagine that this Rabbi is talking about the Ohel (gravesite).
It is nothing new that Jews go to Davven (pray) [ask for what they need Birochneyus, Bigashmeyus]at the gravesites of Tzatekim.
Weve been doing this since the begining, (Rochel- being burried were she is... so the Jews going in to excile can stop and pray by there mother to help them out etc...)

Please don't put words in to his mouth.
I know him and hes no Mishichist (in any way).
