For the good of the community, and this guy as well, you better start making phone calls, particularly those people who have evidence - who were accosted by this man. That's what gets you into court. If he sexually propositioned a minor, that's a crime, and you should call 911.

If you're not a direct victim, try 311, and ask for the City Health and Mental Hygiene Department, and explain there's a homeless guy who needs mental health treatment, maybe that will get him into court.

These guys have a very high rate of repeat offending.

 

This guy is an einikel from one of the biggest roshei yeshivos in bnei braq. Nebach!

 

This is the same guy that was in lakewood every once in a while. He was observed hanging out in a local park with a crowd of kids around him- He was told to leave the park and after some arguments he left. He wasnt observed doing anything wrong but was very suspicious looking. Another day he came up to me in my parked car and asked for a tissue and then wouldnt go away. I told him to move on and he said he wanted to talk to me, i told him im not talking to him and then he said he just wants attention from me.....

Strange person but "I" have have no proof he is bad.

you may have noticed that there are many homeless people in new york. and, they all need help. that's why they are homeless.

Davening in Monsey one Shabbos, I overheard this man trying to solicite some young boys (12-13yrs).....

He is dangerous and sick speaking or screaming at him will not help.

Its not "tyvah" that is driving him to do these things, he is not well and needs our help.
Maybe Simcha Felder or Dov Hikind can tell us how to go about helping this poor soul.

I was the one who posted the picture; I did it b/c of the nature of the danger. This molester is very very dangerous, we must and we have to get him off our streets immediately.
If he was born and raised by a family in the states then we needed an idea how to deal with him, but in this case he was born and his family is in Israel and was thrown out of Bnei Brak for molesting everybody why tl should we and our children be his victims .

BP, Flatbush, Monsey, Lakewood, Mountains, WAKE UP – we have fallen victim too many times to this MENUVAL( 5 years) its time to get to work we must get him off the streets immediately.

He was in Landau's shul taking pictures of men in the mikvah. The rabunim in the area told us to take away his camera but we can not hurt him in any way.

Why did you have to ask a Rov what to do, it obvious what needs to be done, first you take his camera second of all you try to find professional help for him if you cant find professional help than you give him a good beat down..this is the only way he will learn his lesson.

Anyone who looks at this poor soul and gives him the benefit of the doubt of being normal, which he obviously is NOT, and starts a friendship with him, deserves what he gets. BUT, I have seen neighborhood kids make fun of individuals like this for no reason, just because THEY want to have fun.

Hey - this person obviously is pained by the fact that innocent kids were harmed IN OUR YESHIVOS and nothing was done to the perpetrators.

Does anyone have an answer to that?

 

He was taken to the hospital 3 times by hatzoloh and shomrim .If you really want to help our community make sure he gets onto a plain ship him back to isreal because here in america we have are dealing with jewish people that think they have a good heart by not pressing charges on him shomrim was called to this guy neumoreos times allways stayed with tyed hands because the complainer NEVER wants to press charges iether they decided to tel thier child to say that he only wanted to touch him or the decided they cant let thier child talk to the police or they cant reach thier rabbi. so best would be to return him to sender i beleave in isreal they have a good team that can take care of him. This guy is my first cousin. I verify that he is 100% GAY. he has been put through therapy 1000 times already but nothing has helped. He's just a plain nebach. KEEP FAR FROM HIM! Let me ask you a very simple question. U claim this guy/ pervert was stalking you for two years? why did it take you 2 years to come to this conclusion . As a father, if my son ( chas ve’shalom) comes to me and tells me that some guy “touched him”, I can assure you, I won’t consult a Rov, or call the authorities, I would send him straight to the judge of all judges and let HIM decide what do to with him.

Just recently there was such an actual case. A Connecticut lawyer was at home when his wife told him that their next door neighbor, an older single man living with his elderly parents, had sexually molested their son. The lawyer climbed through the kitchen window of the neighbor's house, with a knife in hand, and killed the man. I'm sure you can look up the case on line in the Connecticut newspapers.

Don't kill anybody. Just notify the authorities, and press charges.

 

this guy was collecting money in Frankels shul today in Flatbush. he raked in a nice amount. he kept talking to the bochurim and telling them to smile.

If he uses any of that money to entice a little kid that's such a shame. People think they are giving tzedakkah but they might by harming their own family and neighbor.
