According to Avi Shafran of Agudath Israel:
"The true risk factors, as mental health professionals attest, are things like absent parents, alcohol and drug abuse, lack of support systems and the touting of a Woody Allenesque "the heart wants what it wants" mindset, all considerably underrepresented in the Orthodox community"
Three out of the eight pictured are from the Orthodox community. I guess according to Shafran, almost 38% means underrepresented.

I asked Rav Lipa Margulies if he signed this kol koreh and he said that he never signed. Besides he said, "why would I sign when I have an effective John program on my teaching staff."
