Parking double-standard on Pitkin Avenue
Unlike in Boro-Park and most other neighborhoods where timed parking is enforced through pay meters, busy Pitkin Avenue has timed parking on an honor system with no meters at all.

Of course. Anytime they put meters they disappear in no time. Why bother reinstalling them?

Why on a Busy commercial street like Pitkin Ave there are no meters, & there is MAJOR enforcement on 13th ave. Why because Sharpton will scream?this is a job for Felder or Hikind
