The guy is doing the right thing everybody should report any thing that happens it makes the police aware of whats going on in the neighborhood even if you think it dosnt make differance it sure does

Not only is it the right thing to do, in many locales it is mandatory to report any damage to your vehicle.

The best way to reduce the crime rate is to not report any crimes!

is it just me or it's a female cop he's talking to?? notice the tiny pony tails & the womem arms. i'm more intersted abt the fact that the chassidish guys is actually talking to a female cop. anyways it must be a slow week it seems!!!

What's the difference if it's a woman or a man? If a female officer shows up rather than a male, he shouldn't talk to her?? Who cares about the flabby arms
