Yes the savage animal in this case is moshe spitzer of luach hatzibur. He has sexualy abused many kids and bochurim many are coming forward to testify. May he rot in jail and then hell for on on long time.

Indicment doesn't mean automatic jail time. It means now he knows what he is up for and decide if he wants the plea bargian or take it to trial. Now why don't u go ask the moron urself what he did? 2. acording to jewish law if he did what he did both did the same avirah the boy was over 13, and it was not forced acording to the accusation i have read in this article and is responsible to his acts

I know both sides very well.
All I can tell you is that Moshe Spitzer is a very nice man who never hurt a fly.
Whoever knows the so called victim (I know him) knows strait way who is right and who is wrong.
We are talking about an 18 year old Bucher whos mind was open to garbage since 13 years and romes arouns the streets since I know him!!!
basically we are talking about a man who davens in the same Shul with the so called abuser for many years and after a dispute decided to take revenge!
Which 14 year old bucher would go around to motels without knowing what he is going to do there? Where was the father when his son instead of being in yeashiva went around the streets?
what went on behind closed doors is something that only hasham knows however even if the story he claims is true he was in no way abused he knew exactly what was going on.

Why are you so scared that somebody will reveal the victims name? Because you are the victim himself or his father or his divorced friend who sits all day on the net wasting his time!
I know the victims name and I don’t know if it should be given out here on this blog! I myself am not going to write it because I know that hashem sees everything even what’s done on this blog.

and to all of you reading this comment just for your information this a personal conflict between 2 people who know each other for a long time and one decided to get back at the other by charging him of abusing his son.

Second, I'm a friend of both sides and not related to any.
Third, why lie? your not from monsey!!
Fourth, the victim so happened to have been in yeshiva the whole time, was never roaming the streets, unless Moshe picked him up and enticed him to go with him.
Fifth, What BS conflict are you trying to make up that they had??? no such thing ever happened. they never had a conflict. They werent in an argument or fight. its amazing how many deceptions and lies you wrote in one post!! its astounding!!
Sixth, You ask where was the father, how about ask moshe what he did and gave the victim and how he persuaded him for years not to tell his father, what promises aother things did he give and do so the victim shouldnt tell his father. (im not saying the victim should have listned but he was a young kid)

R U aware that Moshe had suffered the same fate at the hands of other molesters who took advantage of his compromised background? Poor Moshe never had a chance. By the time he completed reaching puberty he had been used in the most horrible ways. And I can and have proved it to those who need to know. And I will not rest until all those who need to know will. I in no way minimize his deviant acts. However, in the context of the whole picture it is just one heartrending sad and sick situation. Those who did this to Moshe when he was a young preteen and in his early teen years will yet answer to what they have done. In this world and the one to come. Just wait for the final curtain call on this saga.

 

He did it. And to others too. Now he is off to prison with no mental health treatment and a broken wife saddled with 2 of his offspring. No one cares for Moishe's refuah. No one cares for the mental and financial concerns of his wife, a living agunah, chained to the miserable embarassment of having been duped by Moishe. No one cares. If anyone has a heart left in himself drop off a fifty or hundred for Moishe's "almana" to keep a roof over her head and feed the 2 innocent toddlers she must care for all alone in a few weeks for 2 years. Moishe is guilty but we may not turn our backs on this temimusdikke yiddishe girl who was oblivious to what Moishe did outside the home. She cant even fathom that a human being can do what Moishe has done. "do for the sake of the 2 tenoikus shelo taami taam cheit".
