Footsteps uses controversial term for their ad
It makes you wonder how their clients feel about them using that term for them.

In the interest of truth in advertising, the true ad should have addressed the program differently. “Want to go off the Derech? Want an organization to approve it and support you through the process?”
For all those who have interacted with this organization and its staff, who watched them swallow young people who were struggling with various issues, this would more accurately portray their program. They conduct events with chilul Shabbos and treif food. This organization is a disgrace. כל שומר נפשו ירחק מהם.
