Police Man: you hit that overpass, huh?!!
Truck Driver: No, I was just delivering this overpass and I ran out of gas.

where is the sign that warns the height of the over pass???

The driver saw the sign how high the overpass is, and realized the truck was higher. Before driving through, he looked around to see if there were any cops. He said "quick no cops are looking"
