I think I can answer some of the questions. This is obviously a doctored picture. Both the Perdue label and name label were imposed on the picture of some un-named Chossid. He was probably never asked for permission to have his picture used and, for all I know, he does not use the internet.

But we Yidden like to enjoy a lttle joke even about such a misfortune.
