ready to be cooked tommorow

at first i found it strange because i did not see that sticker
there last week
and now i see this post

p.s it looks like standard issue liver ready to be cooked w/onions,parika,salt, a little bit of suger,oil,blackpepper yummmmmmmmmm

 

There are a number of reasons why this story is questionable.

1)The story changes daily.
2)When was the last time you went to the grocery/butcher with a camera, and two friends?
3)Being that he is a chasidisher yingerman, why did he run to R' Hershel Brody, who is an ardent litvak?
4)Rav Shain would be the first to say there is a kshrus problem, and for him to say the yingerman is full of it, only makes the story better.
5)Why did he refuse to show the "Chaylev" to the Nirbater Ruv, who agreed to meet with him directly?
6)Why at first did he blame Jerusalem butcher shop, and then turn around the story and blame Meal Mart.
7)What makes this yingerman an expert? He has no Mesoira at all.

This and more just makes the whole story unbelievable, and it seems that this yingerman was looking to entrap Meal Mart.

 

you attack Yudel Shain making him appear a liar. do we know anything about the yungerman? who is he, shouldn't we be bodek him the same way. fair is fair!!

 

Call your Rav and ask him your shailah. Since when do you ask your shailos on the internet, Chaptzem nontheless. And if you do i'd like to see your other shailos. And if you dont have any then you can probably eat this liver.

 

Don't talk loshon horah about Yudel Shain. He has no interests in Meal Mart other than the meat should be 100% kosher. That's all.

yudel shain has it in for rubashkin for years and he is in bed with bater whatever rubashkin does is never good for him and vice versa whatever bater does he will allways back.

1) The story never changed it always was and will be the same.

2) The reason why he went with a camara is simple, this isn't the first time cheilev was found. This is the full story:

Someone went into herbst butcher store on 18 ave. and wanted to buy a piece of meat liver, some chelev was found on it. The yungerman called the bater ruv about it. The bater ruv told this yungerman that Meal Mart sell liver 2 ways meniker and not meniker, most times the stored buy not meniker and are menaker theirself, obviously the storeowner did a bad jog in being menaker, so that is not MM problem.

Knowing that MM has problems, he went to Jerusalem Meat Store and specifly ordered a case of Meat Liver Meniker (as you can see on the pics).

The next day when the liver arrived the yingerman came to the store (he did not bring with him to friends)the two Eidem are the store owner and his worker (I think his name is Mr. Weiss) and together all 3 opened the box and inspected the liver 1 was found with chelev deoireise, 2 pcs were found to have derabunen shailos.

5) he never refused to watch the chelev to bater ruv, the yungerman brought the liver to rabbi brody, rabbi brody contacted the bater ruv, Rav brody asked him to come down for a meeting, the bater refused, at the end he send down his mashgiach and 2 menakrim.

6) he never blamed Jerusalem, there is nothing to blame jerusalem for. The liver came from MM not from Jerusalem they are responsible.

7) the Yungerman learned niker and has Kabules on Nikur, that makes him an expert.

unfortunately, this story stinks, meaning, the way rav shain reacts to it.
Rav shain has an active hotline, where he has an agenda to slap on rubashkin, and to do cover up for rav teitelbaum-bater, this is not the first time chailev is being found by meal mart, so there is common sense, that rav shain should at least look in to it before declaring the story a hoax.
if he could quote stupid sources to determine on hechshairim and pull conclusions, he might as well take in account when a menaker with kabbolo finds a problem, a problem that involves an issur korus!
