Comments:
Could it be that Mr. Dear is related to Mr. Shimon Peres?
They both have a good track record as (election) losers

Good picture! Bad candidate!
The question remains- Hikind has many more qualified FRUM candidates approved by ALL the Judicial screening panels and Bar Associations to support- and all of a sudden these screening panels and Bar Associations have no weight?
He ought to start his own Political Party- The Krumme Chevra line!
Shame on him! and Shame on us for accepting this BS!

and note particularly this statement from Karen Yellen:
“As far as we have been able to determine in doing a lot of research, there is no record of his ever having actually practiced law anywhere,” she said in an interview this week. “He certainly has no experience on the bench at all. He is a lawyer, of course, and he may have done some legal work for someone at some point. But there is no record of him ever appearing as an attorney of record in any court proceeding. And he’s never sat on a bench as a judge.”
I'm a lawyer. I live in this community. If I represented YOU, I'd want YOUR case in front of a judge who actually knew something about the laws of evidence and civil procedure, something Dear has never shown he has even a clue about.
What would you want?

You guys have absolutely no business insuting and degrading Noach Dear and claiming he's entirely unqualified. I know for a fact that before he was a councilman he played at weddings in the orchestra. I can tell you one thing for sure, he is qualified in my book as a wonderfull claranet player. I can just hear it now in the courtroom...."Everybody rise!!! the judge wants to play some music."
Hey Noach...I wish you the best of luck and I really hope you win...you are a great guy and every person in Boro Park has had a favor from you at one time...Good Luck...
