Here is the link to the entire Spinka indictment: http://failedmessiah.typepad.com/failed_messiahcom/files/spinka_tax_fraud_indictment.pdf
The real question is how much, and of what quality, is the backup documentation used to corroborate the story told by the cooperating witness, "CW-1" (a/k/a "R.K.", whose identity is now obvious). In my opinion, R.K./CW-1 would likely make a poor witness for the prosecution, given that (A) he has a vested interest in the outcome of the trial, and (B) he's a snitch.
Even more basic: What caused R.K./CW-1 to decide to become a cooperating witness in the first place? Did he gratuitiously offer to the FBI that he would snitch? If so, then that would further open his credibility to serious question on the witness stand.
If, on the other hand, it was the FBI who, in the first instance, approached R.K./CW-1 to snitch, then this would indicate that the FBI already had the makings of a good case before R.K./CW-1 entered the picture.
Again, the real question is how much of the FBI's case hinges on the testimony (and therefore, the credibility) of R.K./CW-1.

If you read the "gantze meisa", you will see that RK/CW1/Robert Kasirer may he rot in hell for all eternity, was in trouble regarding a healthcare scandal of his own, and when he was indicted for that, he offered to give up others in another scandal that he was involved with if the govt. makes a deal to let him go.
Sammy the bull killed almost 20 people yet the jury listened to him and trusted him he only got 5 years for 19 murders and his info got gotti thrown in jail till he died
so granted I agree he shouldnt be a great whitness but the system dont work like that
