Shlomie Dachs! Sounds good. A friend went to see the Rav, he was amazed to say the least. I was hesitant to go, but I think this is an opportunity to get my feet wet.

Rabbi Kimmel is held in high esteem by many very well known rabbis. In Flatbush, Rabbi Steinwerzel (J & 28) and Rabbi Mandel (east 13th between M & N.) At least 2 Satmar dayonim visit him regularly so I would be very careful not to lose Olom Habo for making nasty comments about him.
