Free air and plates removal
Interesting sign seen at West 11th and Washington Streets in Manhattan.

The lot where this sign in posted is plagues with unauthorized vehicles parking there.
As a deterrent the sign threatens that they will deflate tires and remove license plates from unauthorized vehicle. Not sure though if it is legal to vandalize a vehicle parked on your property. May be considered vigilante justice.
I have a guy on my block who does what the sign says (although he does not have any warning posted).

I never understood why pepole deflate other pepoles tires when they block there drive ways. How then is the guy supposed to move?
