Traffic Cop blocks busy intersection
An inconsiderate and legally ignorant Traffic Cop stopped for a red light right on the crosswalk, blocking the intersection and endangering people's lives by making them go around him. Where's a Traffic Cop when you need one?

People do that all the time there, the intersection is at a very acute angle and the stop line is very far back.

last thursday on lee ave. between roiss and rodney street a traffic cop was double parked to give out tickets holding up traffic for about ten minutes the car # WAS 1347
