I believe the owner of this scooter should be executed on 13th Avenue before Shabbos. I'm leaning toward bullet in back of head.

There is some obscure law that vehicles must be parked front to back, not sideways.
There is also a smart aleck that bought a fleet of them and uses them as advertising billboards. I phoned the number on the ad to advertise and they did not even return the call. I later found them and they said they normally do not return the calls. The vehicles I saw were not even registered, a real chazerish shtick for a motor vehicle.
