Well Moshe Binyomin Wulliger (hands on his hips) has a job and that is to do nothing and rob hatzoloh so I guess he is just doing that.

 

Well Moshe Wulliger thinks he is NYPD, he managed to pull me over with his lights and sirens because i displayed a BLUE light as I am a volunteer fire fighter, he has chutzpah to pull me over, so please, Moshe, NYPD doesnt look at you or have you on the payroll so cut your BS

 

The person who said that Moshe Wulliger pulled him over should contact the NYPD and report him for impersonating a police officer. It's hard to be a coordinator from jail.
