Dov Hikind to visit Haifa
In yet another attempt to show solidarity to our troops in Israel, Assemblyman Dov Hikind will be flying to Israel to spend some time in Haifa with Israeli troops that are stationed at the Israel - Lebanon border. The Assemblyman is planning to have a group of about sixty people join him on this trip this time. I wonder what he'll do to get the media cameras to meet him at the airport this time.

Go Dov Hikind!!!! You are really making a difference going to Israel, with the political clout you have, I am sure that when the Arabs see you there, they will stop the bombing & want to make peace. I must say, you really did a great job last summer when you went to help the people in Gush Katif.

dov shmikind needs to be voted out of office we dont see him care much about the people who voted him into office he is only busy with israeli people

Ever listen to Dov's radio show? He talks down to his constituency (boro park hemishe yidden). Basically he's bought the vote by sending $$$$$ to the machers and doesnt give a damn about the average guy. Hey DOV, if you taek a 1 way ticket, I'LL pay.

What will Hikind gain by going to Israel?
He is adding another 60 people that the IDF has to protect. If god forbid something were to happen, he is adding more stress to the emergency personnel.
What the people in Israel need is money. Let him have those 60 people who are going with him on the trip donate the cost of the trip (plane ticket, food, etc...) to the people in Israel.
He should arrange for people to go help in the Army; cooking for the soldiers, cleaning, Etc...
Sitting in a bomb shelter with others, telling them everything is okay, while he gets to go back to America within 3 (or less) days, is not too much mental support.
I mean common, be real.
