Lawsuit filed against Torah Temimah in Supreme Court
A new case that is within the statutes has been filed in Supreme Court against Torah Temimah.

So much for the apologists who claim that nothing happened within the past 30 years. The tragedy is that every boy who ever attended Yeshiva Torah Temimah is now viewed as potentially damaged goods. Great job Mr. Lipa Margulies.

I dont know Kolko, and it seems that he is not innocent.
BUT WHO GAVE THE HETER TO MASSER ?
and if no one gave a heter - who did the bigger AVERIAH here ? Kolko or the MUSSER ?

And, you don't know who did the bigger averia?
Then you should really consider getting mental help.
I am sure you don't require a heter to not eat treif. But you think somebody should get a heter when this happens to your child.
