For example ask the "Rabbis" how the neveilos are removed from the line when there are many schochtim working at the same time. And someone finds a "Pegimeh" on his Chalef rendering everything he Shechted since the last chalef checking, NEVEILO. There is no way these chickens or turkeys can be found individually as they have long disappeared down the processing line. What is the HETER "NEVEILO" never becomes BOTEL. amongst so many other problems such as, Schochtim not sleeping enough, not getting adequate breaks to daven or eat.
The New York schochtim arrive at approximately 10:00 o'clock Sunday evening after a FIVE hour trip. Then are READY to start Schito at 5:00 a.m. The Schochtim from Baltimore come in on Monday morning By about 5:45 so the can start working at 6:30 a.m. this after getting up between 2:30 & 3:00 and driving for 2 1\2 hours Of the travellers are the Drivers as well who go to Shecht half drunk from tiredness.
