Board 12 hearing today on new Shul and catering hall
Board 12 held a hearing today at 6:00 pm about the proposed opening of a new Shul and catering hall on 54th Street and 12th Avenue. Mayer Unsdorfer, self-proclaimed Brizhaner Rebbe, is looking to expand his basement Shteeble into a full-blown Rabbisteve type business. Unsdorfer, formerly the Klausenburger administrator, purchased a house just a couple of doors down from his current residence to serve as his headquarters. The proposed Shul will have a large Beis Medrash, a Mikvah, a catering hall and NO parking lot. Unsdorfer had his children make phone calls to the area residents to show up at the hearing and lend support to his endeavor.

How is this guy the Brezhaner Rebbe? Brezhaner rebbes were Halpern not Unsdorfer.

Look out! Between 11 and midnight comes the beep, beep, beep!!!! and chatter of well wishes catching up on the week's news.
Then at 1:30 you'll hear a beep! every ten minutes from impatient husbands waiting for their wives, and that's after trying to fall asleep at 11:30; especially those who have to get up at 5am for Neitz or 6am to get to work!
And, then at 4:30 or 5:00 am you have the Mitzva tantzers leaving, and not without wishing each other well.
ALL THIS IN EARSHOT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO SLEEP, NOT TO MENTION THE TRAFFIC JAMS on 54th and on Avenue 12, EVERY NIGHT ALMOST ALL YEAR LONG, YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT!

i dont know what makes him a rebbe just by opening a shul does not make him one he bearly has minyon
