When the hotel in Miami Beach was being sold (the Caribbean) about 7-8 years ago to make way for condos, the same thing was said. The owners didnt want to ruin their Pesach business so they made announcements every week, rumors of sale are untrue. A year later - sold.

 

I was there Recently and the place is an unorganized mess who cares if there closing it's no great loss
