Traffic counter on 14th Avenue
The geniuses decided to count the traffic on 14th Avenue right in middle of the Summer when the traffic is cut at least in half.

somebody should DEFINITELY inform the 'whoever they may be's' that the count will be completely inaccurate if done now.

did it ever dawn on you that maybe they purposly want a count of the traffic flow in the summer as oppose to the rest of the year?
there is something called summer statistics and winter statistics. get a life and go to work and let the DOT do their work peacefully
