Why the claim that he's frum? I've seen quite a few of his videos and never gave any throught to his being frum. Is it the baseball cap which I thought was just worn to make him less identifiable?

I am a frum person as frustrated as anyone else by all that we see of traffic agents and others doing wrong.
I believe that we should all say Tehilim sometimes for Jimmy Justice. The people he is catching are low lifes in uniform. Their doing wrong and his filming will G-D forbid one day make him get attacked.
