Oh Dear! - Vote Dear for Civil Nuisance

Below; a Boro-Park Noach Dear poll

Comments:
The proof of his Mentshlichkeit will begin the day after the election, when we see all his signs removed. After all, he had a salaried army to put hundreds of them up, hopefully he'll have the means to get them all down.

Brooklyn, NY - A principal reason Dear lacks the fitness to be a judge is that he has had little experience practicing law since he was licensed in 1994. Over the past eight years, he has filed sworn statements with the state courts reporting that he is a nonpracticing attorney. His last affidavit was dated Nov. 4, 2006…..But then Dear set his sights on becoming a judge, a position for which it’s helpful to have a solid résumé as a lawyer. All of a sudden, he began filing official statements describing himself as an active attorney-at-law.On June 12, he signed a required ethics form. One question dealt with his 2006 professional activities and specifically asked nonpracticing attorneys to so indicate. Instead, he wrote, “Consultant to clients regarding gov’t issues and legal issues.” He also gave the Office of Court Administration a campaign biography for the agency’s voter guide Web site. It begins: “A practicing attorney since 1994 …”

Dear did not return calls seeking an explanation as to how all his statements could be true. To recap: In one, he swore he hadn’t practiced law through November 2006; in another, he reported he had advised legal clients that year. In statements dating back eight years, he said he hadn’t practiced law; in his campaign bio, he says he has been practicing 13 years.

The conflicts are glaring enough to warrant investigations by legal and judicial disciplinary authorities. Lying on official court documents is an offense that could trigger removal as both a lawyer and as a judge. “

Can I vote against him today if I live in Flatbush? (East 20's between Avenues "I" and "N").

OR can I only vote against him if I live in Boro Park?

I have no other reason to vote today.

Hey, if Nachum Segal $ay$ to vote for him, you gotta vote for him.

Noach is an absolute tzadik. he is caring and sensitive about other peoples situations. he will give his shirt off his back for you...just ask.

instead of following those who spend or look for the gelt. look for those who are emes and mentshlich. good luck.

We have $Hikind$ to thank for the above breach in honesty. If not for $Hikind$ help, Dear would have gone nowhere.

nu so he is winning?

A Republican candidate hasn't won a Judgeship in 50 years in Brooklyn. Once Noach won the Democratic primary, with Hikind'$ help, he could have been more inadequate and still would have a guarantee of winning!

good luck for noach we r all happy 4 him that he won alot of hatzlacha.

Thank God that I do not
live in Dear's area. I feel
sorry for the people that he
will judge.
You get what you vote for.....

Tzidraiter!

Judges are assigned to cases based on whether the parties reside in his district.

To "I feel
sorry for the people that he
will judge":

He will be judging throughout the entire Brooklyn, AND any who have cases in Brooklyn!

Thank$, Hikind.

So finally this phony got elected-He has been obsessed with public office since he lost his council seat. So let me understand, how do you help the Jewish community as a Judge?Such a fraud- he was never a practicing attorney anyway. I will NEVER FORGET- This fraud Dear backed Clinton and Gore when they were giving up parts of Israel in Oslo. The only reason he did this is for political payback for himself.I remember he was so proud to have Gore in his house. If I remember correctly he was also againt Guiliani as Mayor.Good. So now Hikind and Co banished him to a Judge post so they would be rid of him. Now Dear will have to do REAL work deciding cases with shvartzes. Also he will need a new Vanity Plate since he doesnt work in the TLC now
