Rightful heir to Belzer throne is non-Frum man in Ukraine

Gentlemen start your engines!

Get ready for the battle of a lifetime. As it turns out, the real Belzer Rebbe is not in Israel at all. He is actually a non-Frum man that has been living in the Ukraine since all these years. The previous Belzer Rebbe, R' Arele Belzer, whom it was believed had lost all his children and grandchildren in the war, actually has a surviving grandchild, the son of his daughter and son-in-law Rav Shmiel Frankel. When R' Arele passed away, since he had no surviving children, his brother's son took over the Rabbisteve. However, now that this grandchild who is of direct Rebbishe lineage has been discovered, he may have halachic rights to the Belzer throne. Chasidim that have previously not been very happy with the current Belzer administration, are currently in talks of bringing this man back to Yiddishkeit and polishing him up to take over as Belzer Rebbe, putting these rogue Chasidim in control of the awesome Belzer assets.

Comments:
just in time for the holidays the heimishe version of Cinderfella. cant wait till it becomes a box office hit.

Yankel Miller once said; If you want to bless someone with a long life, bless him he should live long enough to see the split in Belz! Now Oy Vey it might be coming sooner than we thought!!

#1 the whole think is soak out of the finger there is no one left in the family of r shmiel frenkel hy"d we all wish we could still find some jews who survived the war but as of now no grandchild of the belzer rabbi zt"l was found
there was once a talk that it was found a belzer einkel and the belzer rabbi zt"l gave lekech & broinfen but then as now all was false

#2 belzer rabbi is who ever belzer chassidim took for there rabbi even it should come 20 einklech belzer chassidim have their rabbi shlit"a belzer rabbi is "mekarev" evry belzer einkel as he is as known

hey wait!
don't forget about belz MACHNOVKA

I cannot openly declare myself as a "Belzer" for what am I doing on the Internet however anonymously I will dispute this outrageous rumor as unfortunately being completely false with no bases whatsoever! Even in the rare occurance that this fairy tale would have developed in to something serious it would have been a beautiful thing and that individual would have found himself warmly welcomed in to the Belzer family as many lost souls have. Hundreds of Balei Teshuvah are welcomed in to Belz institutions every single year. As the above commenter already mentioned every Belzer grandchild as distant as he may be will confirm how honorably he was hosted in Belz.
By the way, did you hear a son of Reb Naftulcha of Bobov was found alive?! Now that would be exciting........!

what ever the belzer rebbe has he built all by himself so i am afriad that grandson of his wont get a thing

if r' ahron belzer has a grandson then not only is he the one to become the rebbe and get all the assets that peeple (including the rebbe) have raised under the name "belz" .
but more then that you folks have no right to speek against him he has a heiliger neshome as a grandson of such a big tzadik...

...and I thought it was almost Chanukah.
Chaptzem seemingly is readying themselves for Purim!!!
I guess you're just checking how vulnerable we really are. Ya, ya.

B'H the Belzer Rebber has some very loyal chassidim; as can be seen from the responses above. One problem: The Rebbe should invest more time and money in the English Depts of his chadurim. If G-d forbid 'Anonymous-11/22 1:23pm' is representative of the writing talents developed there, vet zien charpes u'bishes. C'mon guys, at least eppes you just got to pick up during those sleepy hours when the English teachers are trying to give you a small dose of literacy. What a waste of time and money.

if a movie can be made out of this trust me the Belzer will make it they can realy use the cash....As far as I hear they are still 23 million in the red........

Perhaps CHAPTZEM needs to insist on a verifiable minimum IQ score before allowing posts.
The "chilul-hashem" and embarrassment caused by so many insipid, uninformed and, generally, stupid comments - all from members of the frum community - are hard to ignore. The posters apparantly think they're taking part in a thoughtful conversation, while in reality all they are doing is showing-off their ignorance and lack of education (both religious & secular).
Oh well - what a waste of energy - carry on.
