Its quite simple, one Bobov has 45 chassidim the other has 48.

I am ger and i daven in a shul located near the 45st shul. One mincha we didnt have minyan and we went to their shul - believe it or not not one man their wanted to join our minyan!!! Why? Cause we are not bobov!!!! That was the last time i stepped in there!!!

I think "bobov 45" should start writing it as "Bobov .45", just to make it look like they really mean business.

if u can't find minyan - don't open a shteebel,duh. & don't generalize on
one personal experience (not as if in 48 e/1 would run to ur minyan). BTW most people that daven by their rebbe have come a distance & I would understand their hesitation at giving it up.
