"it looks like nothing happened"

WHY IS EVERYBODY SO AGAINST A BEAUTIFUL 5TH AVENUE BOUTIQUE ON 13TH AVENUE? I THINK THEY DID US BORO PARKERS A GREAT SERVICE BY OPENING THIS STORE ON 13TH AVENUE. WHY DO WE HAVE TO SHLEP TO MANHATTEN, LOEHMANS, ETC. FOR CLOTHES? IF I CAN BUY NICE, UP-TO-DATE, CLOTHES, ALL MADE WITH KOSHER HEMLINES AND NECKLINES IN BORO PARK, I CAN HAVE MORE TIME TO BE WITH MY FAMILY, AND EVEN GIVE OTHER FAMILIES IN BP PARNASSAH. IT'S A WIN-WIN SITUATION FOR EVERYBODY.

I agree.

I too agree that the new store on 13th av. is a ברכה for lots of families. I personally shopped there for my daughter, a Kalleh. I was amazingly shocked at their low prices and high quality merchandise. I think that other stores may learn from them, not to overcharge.. My husband is a מגיד שיעור for years, and for the first time in years I can finally afford to do my shopping in Boro Park and give Parnoso for Heimish people, instead of riding on the trains(for years)and even when I found a good bargain, I would mostly find pantsuits, which cost me so much money and headaches to convert the pants into a skirt. And how many times it was not wearable Thank you DICCI for your stunning outfits and low prices. Please don't raise your prices, so allot of Yidden, could benefit from this wonderful ישועה. I do have a comment to make about the store in itself. As beautiful and pleasent as it is to walk into your store, my friends and I agree that the windows outside of the store should be covered. Men and boys have a live view of the inside. They cannot help looking at a place that is so strikingly gorgeous... but it should have it's own privacy..My son passes there every day and whenever he talks about the store, and how the בחורים laugh at the laidies SHPIGLEN ZICH and the ladies going up and down the stairs, I tell him to advice his friends that a ירא שמים has to avoid not to lookat girls in the first place. But the fact of the matter that in today's world with so much נסיונות, it is best to have a גדר(prevention) for the people who cannot control their eyes.

I TOO SHOPPED AT DICCI'S VERY SUCCESSFULLY BARUCH HASHEM. I DID MENTION TO ONE OF THE SALESWOMEN ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE WINDOWS NEED TO BE COVERED, BECAUSE OF TZNIOUS ISSUES. SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE COVERING WAS ORDERED BEFORE THE STORE ACTUALLY OPENED,BUT DIDN'T ARRIVE ON TIME DUE TO UNEXPECTED DELAY. הוה דן כל האדם לכף זכות. WE MUSN'T JUDGE PEOPLE, BEFORE WE KNOW THE WHOLE STORY. THEIR OUTFITS ARE WITH UTMOST MODESTY. WELL OVER THE KNEE LENGTH, HIGH NECKS AND LONG SLEEVES, UNLIKE MUCH OF THE HEIMISH STORES IN BORO PARK. EVEN THE SLITS ARE SEWN TOGETHER. I BOUGHT 2 BEAUTIFUL UP TO DATE OUTFITS FOR MY DAUGHTERS. I WISH THE STORE WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE A LONG TIME AGO. I COULD HAVE SAVED MYSELF A FORTUNE OVER THE YEARS. I JUST HOPE THAT THEIR PRICES WILL CONTINUE BEING "NORMAL" I STILL HAVE 4 YOUNG GIRLS GROWING FAST, AND IF THEIR PRICES WILL CONTINUE BEING GOOD, THIS IS THE STORE FOR ME AND MY GIRLS.I WISH THEM ALLOT OF HATZLACHA

FOR THE LADY COMMENTING ABOUT THE MEN AND BOYS WATCHING THE LADIESAT THE MIRRORS. MAY I POINT OUT TO YOU AND ALL THAT ARE UPSET ABOUT THIS FRAGILE ISSUE. I PERSONALLY TOOK MY TIME AND COURAGE TO VISIT (DID NOT SHOP AT THAT TIME)THE STORE. I STATED MY COCERN AND THAT OF MY FELLOW TEACHER FRIENDS, TO ONE OF THE CHASIDISH SALES LADY. SHE RESPECTFULLY AGREED TO OUR COMPLAINT, BUT AT THE SAME TIME EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE COVERINGS ON THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN ORDERED LONG BEFORE THE STORE HAS OPENED, BUT BECAUSE OF CERTAIN DIFFICULTIES AND COMPLICATIONS IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET, BUT WILL HOPEFULLY ARRIVE SHORTLY. I FELT SO GOOD, LIKE A HEAVY BURDEN WAS LIFTED OFF MY CHEST. THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON WHEN I MET WITH MY FELLOW TEACHERS, I SHARED WITH THEM THE GOOD NEWS, AND REMINDED THEM OF THE THE POSUK OF הוה דן כל האדם לכף זכות. I HAVEN'T BEEN IN BORO PARK SINCE, BUT DID GET REGARDS THAT THE CLOTHING ARE VERY NICE AND AND EXCLUSIVELY DESIGNED VERY TZNIOSDIG AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE.

They should have just walked into the "open-door" bakery instead of breaking dicci's glass!

It's pathetic that men and boys look at the women in this store. I assume that everyone IS tznius. What are they glancing at? What are they waiting for? Of course there should be gedarim, but I've heard so many stories of yungermen who have resorted to cheating because they finally wanted to taste the "real" world. They were totally isolated and gedered up. Men, boys-either walk on the other side of the street or don't look OR look, but don't laugh. hatzlacha b'chal ma'asei yadecha

THIS STORE IS ONE OF THE MOST NICEST
AND UPDATED STORE HERE IN BORO PARK!
WHEREVER I GO, IF IT IS IN SCHOOL OR
IN SHUL, THIS STORE IS MENTIONED. EVERY DISCUSSION THESE PEOPLE HAVE, THEY SPEAK ABOUT HOW NICE AND GORGEOUS THIS STORE IS!
LET'S SEE WHAT STORE CAN BEAT THIS ONE!
I WISH THEM LOTS OF HATZLACHA AND BRACHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Religious women's clothes should do more than be the length of the feet. They should be longer. Every step these women should take should do a double duty - sweeping the floors.

Children should be seen and not heard.
Ladies should not be seen or heard.
and,Men should be seen and heard,
This is the new Yeshivish and chassidic rule.Women should wear black tents or garbage bags . B
B oys should not know w hat a female person is.
