Water line busts at Famous Pita
Last night A water line located above Famous pita
suddenly burst sending water gushing into the
restaurant. The flow of water which was coming down faster than the
workers could collect it in garbage cans, pushed through
the Sheetrock ceiling.

They now operate under a fairly well respected hahgacha. While the hashgacha costs would make them try to water down the food to save money the hashgacha requires filtered water. They are saving the water to decide whether dripping through the ceiling is sufficient filtering.
