Translated-In Large Letters-OLMERT ZAKAI! In Hebrew zakkai means exonerated but also means eligible , so in smaller letters it says"all government workers(which Olmert is one)are eligible for 60,000 shekel discount on purchase of Apartment from Afrika -Israel Builders!
