Dov Hikind considers run for Brooklyn Borough President
According to a source, New York State Assemblyman Dov Hikind is considering a run for the office of Brooklyn Borough President. The seat, currently occupied by Marty Markowitz, may soon be available when Marty runs for Mayor, leaving it open for Dov for the taking. According to the source, Dov is tired of trekking to Albany and wants to come home already. Being that Dov never actually followed his previous plan to run for a Citywide office, this may well be his current best option.
Comments:
I'll move to Staten Island if
he is borough president.
He has little interest in anything
which happens in Brooklyn now.
Most of his engery is devoted to
the Israel not the people of Boro
Park.

NO PROBLEM, GO TO ALBANY AND STAY IN ALBANY, WE CERTAINLY DON'T NEED HIM HERE, BESIDES, WE SEE NOW WHAT A BANG UP JOB THAT NOACH DEAR IS DOING.....
let's learn from our mistakes and NOT vote for him!!!!!!!!! do you know that he is not even allowed to talk to anyone from the DA's office!! How can we have somebody like him representing us??? What is interesting to hear is that Marty Markowitz might run for mayor; I like him
Albany? not israel?
What does hikind actually do in albany?
Chris Quinn will be the likely next mayor.
and with people like anthony wiener and ray kelly running,
marty has a slim chance beating any of them.

Let Dov run for BP on his record in the Assembly. He spends more time in Brooklyn and Israel than doing the job he was elected to in Albany.
