Hasidic property guy Joel Oberlander talks about sub-prime mortgages

The headline is misleading. He hasn't said a word about the subprime crisis, what the mortgages are, how they came to be written, etc.
Most importantly, it was the packaging of subprime mortgages into CMBS and other debt that caused the crisis. None of this is mentioned.
It's said to hear that another Jew has a sick child, but what's the point of this video?
