Maybe someone should let them know what Shabbos is

Its just a reminder to those chareidim that had a parsimoneous secular education and have trouble reading a calendar.
7/24 is a friday. They have to be reminded hat the next day is shabbos.

i think it means that they are open seven days a week including friday and saturday night and they are only closed for shabbos
