Camp counselor at private Lakewood school charged with sexually assaulting boy
Yosef A. Kolko, 33, of Gefen Drive, Lakewood, who worked as a camp counselor at Yachad, a summer camp based out of Bais Hatorah School on Swathmore Drive, was arrested Sunday, authorities said.
He was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities said the criminal activity occurred within the past year, and the victim was a boy under the age of 13.
Bail for Kolko was set at $125,000 and if he is released on bail, he is not allowed to have contact with the victim or anyone else under the age of 18, according to the complaint.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Senior Investigation Colleen Lynch in the special victims unit at 732-929-2027, Ext. 2905 or Lakewood Detective Thomas D'Elia at 732-363-0200.

Is this kolko related to the other kolko who was the teacher?
If they are related maybe this guy was assaulted as a kid and he is just doing it to another person. They say almost all abusers were at one time abused themselves ...

I think this guy should be well IBERGELEIGT and given with a paddle so he shouldn't be able to sit down for a long time

yes he is related actually a nephew but i know him and i dont beleive he actually did what he is charged with. He may be a little on the wild side and get angry faster than others and maybe he even hit the child and theyre trying to just beat down on him. Please dont beleive it untill he is actually found guilty.

He has worked at camp toras chaim tashbar and yachd for the past few years. He also taught english in yeshivas orchos chaim in lakewood and tutored kids for years.

Victims of molestation tend to suffer from severe anger (in addition to a litany of other things).
So, his anger problems COULD be just another indicator.

if this is true he should b sitting for years, cus I was also abused once when I was just 13 years and it damaged my life all my years when I was a bucher has been damaged.

His picture should be posted so that those who had been molested in Lakewood and did not know the name of their molester could see if this is the same person who hurt them.

Please post his picture so anyone molested by someone they did not know could have a chance to identify their abuser.
