Harassment Yingerman in big trouble

According to inside sources, the Yingerman that was accused of harassing a Mexican worker is in for a long and expensive haul. Our sources tell us that the Mexican worker that is falsely accusing the Yingerman is being represented pro-bono by the Mexican Alliance. The Mexican Alliance has said that they are prepared to go to any length to make their case against the Yimgerman. Lawyers for the Yingerman are asking over $100,000 up front to take his case.

IF YOU KNOW WHO THIS PERSON IS THEN YOU WOULD ALSO SAY "FALSELY ACCUSED ".

which store is this ??

A lot of unanswered questions here:

1. What is the criminal charge? It seems like it would be a minor misdemeanor, if that much.

2. Why does the young man need a $100,000 retainer from a law firm? Has he been sued? For what? This seems like much too high an amount.

3. What other pertinent details have we not been told?

This is the first of many.

can we not tell the accuser and their family and the alliance that if the case if not dropped ASAP , every store in BP will THROW out ALL Mexican workers within a month? and they will all be explained the reason that its because of this false accusation, let 2,000 out-of-work Mexicans workers gang up against the accuser for her to withdraw the case..huh? can you organize it ?

10:02am, you need to read what you just wrote. If the businesses start firing all Mexican workers because they are Mexican...Well, I'm pretty sure that's against the law and there will be a lot more trouble than this one case!!! THINK.

they're all illegal you can throw them out, but the idea is obviously not practical

MAYBE WE SHOULD ALL BOYCOTT ALL THE BORO PARK STORES THAT EMPLOY THESE ILLEGAL ALIENS. THEY BROKE THE LAW ENTERING THE US BY SWIMMING THE RIO GRANDE - WHY DO YOU THINK THEY RSPECT THE LAW NOW.

1)Why are you assuming that this is a false accusation. If it is false why are attorneys asking for $100,000 retainer. That's a bit steep for a defense of a false accusation. Don't know this man, but trust me, beards from Boro Park are very capable of exploiting workers.
2)These cases go before the Department of Labor before they ever go to court. They get investigated by lazy bureaucrats and employee's not employer's have a large burden of proof before they can win a right to sue.
3)Boycott all Mexican workers? Are you on crack? Why in the world would you suggest that people who work hard, for below living wages should be fired for something that they have absolutely no connection to. I personally don't like to be blamed for the actions of other jews and accordingly do not punish or stereotype large groups of people based on the behavior of one person.
4)Yes, many people have entered this country illegally, some to to commit crimes, others so that they can feed their families. However before stirring up trouble for "illegal" workers, I think the very frum business owners should do the following: Check the legalities of actually hiring these people, make sure that they are paying minimum wages, make sure that they are following labor laws and declaring all of their income on their tax returns. Otherwise they could be opening the door to all kinds of new scandals.
