Heimishe jewelry thief turns himself in

The Heimishe jewelry thief that was reported here to have ripped off numerous jewelry stores has finally turned himself in to Police. Apparently he was unable to live this long on the run. Police contacted the stores that he had stolen from to come into the precinct to identify him. Three of the jewelry store owners identified him and agreed to press charges after asking a shailah from Rabbonim and getting a heter to do so. Hopefully now the jewelry thief has learned his lesson and will only steal from the jewelry stores that don't press charges against him.
